Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

  • Return Window: You may return items within 3 days of receipt.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cohort.consumer@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Gift Orders

  • Gift Receipts: If your order is marked as a gift, a gift receipt will be included, omitting the price details.
  • Gift Returns: Gifts can be returned following our standard return policy. Refunds for returned gifts will be issued as store credit to the gift recipient.
