Ordering & Customization
Simply browse our collection, select your favorite items, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. For customized items, don’t forget to fill in the personalization details before adding to your cart.
Yes! Many of our products offer personalization options such as names, dates, or special messages. Just follow the instructions on the product page or reach out to us for specific requests.
Please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the item enters production, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes, Dive Decor ships PAN India. For international orders, please contact us before placing your order.
Standard delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, while personalized items may take 3–5 business days, depending on complexity.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can also track your order directly from your Dive Decor account.
Cancellations & Returns
- Standard items: cancellation can only be done before dispatch.
- Personalized items: Can't be canceled once you place the order.
- After these windows, cancellations are not possible as your order will be in processing or production.

Yes, returns are accepted for standard, non-personalized items within 3 days of delivery if they are damaged or incorrect. Personalized items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or with errors caused by us.
Payments & Refunds
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets like Paytm and Google Pay.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
