Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen! If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Standard Orders (Non-Personalized Items)

  • Cancellation can only be done before dispatch: A Full refund will be provided.
  • Cancellations after 6 hours but before dispatch: A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to cover processing costs.
  • After dispatch, unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they’ve been shipped. You may still be eligible for a return (please refer to our Return Policy).

Customized / Personalized Orders

  • Due to the made-to-order nature of personalized gifts, cancellations will not be accepted.

Bulk / Corporate Orders

  • Cancellation terms for bulk orders will be outlined in your custom quotation or agreement.
  • Typically, cancellations are not accepted once production has begun.
